3. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on the website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Vehicle prices are indicative and may vary depending on configuration, optional equipment and terms of sale.
• The final binding price is the one agreed upon and stated in the signed purchase agreement.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer, financing or leasing through our partners.
• Any deposits paid are subject to the conditions specified in the purchase agreement.

4. Purchase Agreement

The display of vehicles on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to negotiate. A purchase agreement is concluded solely upon the signing of a written contract between the parties.

• Information and images on the website are provided for indicative purposes only.
• The Company reserves the right to modify prices and availability without prior notice.
• A vehicle is considered sold only after the contract is signed and the agreed deposit has been paid.

5. Warranty

Used vehicles are sold with the warranties provided for under Swiss law. Any additional warranties are specified in the purchase agreement.

• New vehicles: manufacturer's warranty according to the terms of the respective brand.
• Used vehicles: warranty as per the contractual terms, in compliance with applicable Swiss regulations.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence or unauthorised modifications.

6. Test Drive

• Test drives are available by appointment upon presentation of a valid identity document and a driving licence.
• The user is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the test drive, within the limits of the applicable insurance coverage.
• The Company reserves the right to decline a test drive for safety or availability reasons.

7. Trade-In

The trade-in vehicle valuation is carried out by the Company based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

• The valuation is indicative and non-binding until the contract is signed.
• The trade-in vehicle must match the owner's declarations (mileage, accident history, mechanical condition).
• In the event of inaccurate declarations, the Company reserves the right to void the transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is the property of MultimarcaGarage SA or the respective rights holders and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
